I had the pleasure of utilising eScribe for their closed captioning service which included the transcribing of a series of webinars which the National Road Safety Partnership Program (NRSPP) had produced. The provision of .srt caption files and verbatim transcripts for the series of webinars was a requirement of a sponsorship agreement with Safe Work Australia for six NRSPP case study webinars featuring high profile Australian corporates initiatives in respect to road safety. We had little idea what this would entail or where to go but were directed to eScribe for the services and from beginning to end, it was seamless. The turnaround met and exceeded all contract deliverables, making it effortless. Recommendations were provided by eScribe on how to improve the quality of our webinars and ensure a high quality product. I would recommend eScribe’s closed captioning and transcription services to any organisation should they require it.
